Pro Control Air Conditioning can provide your business with a customized maintenance package, where we will come and inspect and service your air conditioning units once or twice per year to keep everything running efficiently.

All Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services within the Commercial Industry is required to be maintained as per the Essential Services Guidelines. We provide a detailed report after the completion of each maintenance visit, this report then can be used as proof of compliance if requested.

We assign a particular technician to your site or building so they become familiar with the property, this enables them to attend any issue without time wastage or delay looking for relevant systems or controls. Over the period of the maintenance program we introduce additional technicians to the property allowing us to fill any absences. Our clients with an ongoing maintenance program will have priority service in the event of a breakdown.
